Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC)

Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC) is a type of fiber reinforced concrete.
GFRC is mainly used in exterior building façade panels and as architectural precast concrete. This material is very good in making shapes on the front of any building and it is less dense than steel.


Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG)

Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) is made up of high density alpha-based gypsum and glass fiber reinforcement. GFRG products are custom fabricated along with the appropriate attachment systems using advanced technologies to ensure accuracy to specifications.

As a non-combustible material, GFRG can be used wherever a light, strong and fire retardant material is required, like in the casinos, hotels, theatres, and residential structures for moldings, ceilings, columns, light coves, bas relief, domes, capitals, medallions and other custom shapes. GFRG is malleable and can be cast into virtually any shape. Fabricated in a white colour, GFRG products can be easily painted to any desired colour. In addition, GFRG is relatively light in weight compared to traditional stone or plaster ornament.


Omega Cladding System
A comparison between the conventional interior insulation and the Omega cladding system shows its superiority.

Thermal shock is minimised.
A typical 8” concrete block wall that has stucco on the exterior and 2” of insulation on the interior, plus a 0.5” plaster face would experience a 107˚F temperature spread and impose thermal shock on the wall structure. With the Omega, temperature fluctuation on the block wall is reduced to 19˚F, minimising thermal shock and tremendously reduce energy costs.

Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a type of composite material manufactured from fibers and resins.

Typically used to reinforce concrete elements susceptible to aggressive environments, FRP has proven efficient and economical for the repair and strengthening of deteriorating concrete structures.
